Really nice Savage 22lr over 410 break open gun was going to be auctioned. asked what a good price would be. I told him if you could get it for around $400, it would be really good deal but would probably go for more. It sold for $850. Of the 4 or 5 farm auctions I have been to, about the only thing that sold at a premium has been guns. Not really sure why people will pay 1/3 to 1/2 more than at a gun show.  Wondering what others are seeing.  if I had a couple of guns to sell, I might contact an auctioneer to see if they would include them in a auction.  even with a 15% sell fee, you might make a bit more money.</blockquote>
