I'm still committed to go to Safety 1st Range on Feb the 6th at 9:00 am.

I think I'll make it a 9mm day,,,
I'll bring these three pistols:
  • CZ-75B
  • Ruger LC9
  • Bersa Thunder UC

I e-mailed the range asking about their range fees and ammo policies,,,
Some ranges don't like the steel cased stuff I use for range fodder.

Anyone have any experience with their policies and fees?

I think as long as the bullets pass a magnet test you'll be fine, but I'm not 100%.

I'm going to be out this time, but hopefully I'll able to make the next one.

I believe it's 15.00 per lane for the first person and 8 or 10 for the second.

I am going to stop by tomorrow afternoon and chat a little after I get the stitches taken out of my shoulder since I will only be a couple miles away. Maybe see about getting something setup for a group fee.

Ok had a chance to stop in and get a couple things figured out.

15.00 for the for a lane with one person and 9 for person two and three each. Three people maximum to a lane.

No steel in the ammo or the case.

They do have a little .22lr there if you don't have any and want to pick some up but I didn't look at the prices, I know they had some bulk boxes though but that does not mean it will be in stock on the 6th.

Going to give them a call and let them know how many people will be coming on the 5th so please update if you are questionable by then if you can. Would also like to know if you guys just want to get a couple lanes and split them or whatever. I know some would not mind pooling together to get two lanes and pay a little less each but if you do want your own lane you are more than welcome as well.

Yeah kinda sucks I know but can pick up a few brass cased rounds to fire a couple rounds off.

Planning to bring my AR along and shoot a few rounds with it. Will have my 22LR pistol and try a few rounds with it and see how my shoulder feels and maybe shoot a little .40 or .45 if my shoulder feels up to it.

I'll be bringing only a couple of guns,,,
My CZ-75B and my CZ-75B Kadet.

I might bring my Beretta NEOS Carbine,,,
There are a lot of folk who haven't seen one,,,
It's a true Buck Rogers looking gun but shoots very well.
