Tokyo has been on my list of must-visits for some time now, but only because I enjoy good sushi every now and then. After the recommendations here which opened my eyes to some of their more unique offerings, it's been bumped up. I have been to either Chow's or Golden Phoenix a few years ago as I was told whichever place it was happened to be one of the top dogs for authentic food. I wish I remembered what I had, but I'm sure I've liked it as I don't remember ever having an Asian dish that I didn't like, minus the trendy sushi rolls. I've heard of Kacao and maybe Cafe Antigua, but they've both been added to my Urbanspoon wishlist. While it lacks a few Urbanspoon points in comparison to Cafe Antigua and Cafe Kacao, Zarate's in Edmond is a pretty decent Southern/Latin American restaurant we visit. There are Tex-Mex options as well if somebody in your party isn't adventurous enough to try one of the South American or Caribbean dishes. Might not be as popular as the two you mentioned, but at least worth a try if you've never been.
