I purchase a Griffin OPTIMUS SILENCER from the Silencer Shop in Austin TX in Feb. 2017, did the electronic fingerprints at their Kiosk at Sooner Pawn. Well about Dec. 10, the examiner from ATF called me said my FBI NICS background check was denied. I thought that has to be wrong I just bought an AR15 a couple years. So I go out to OSBI get my background check, nothing really on it, except at the end was a charge but no conviction, so I go to the DA's office to see about it, they dismissed it, gave me a letter to give to OSBI. So I go back to OSBI to correct my background check. Now I have to appeal the FBI NICS denial. Has anyone ever done the appeal process?
