Most federal judges will never understand the miltary, because they have no direct experience with the miltary. I would go so far as to say that unless they have been in the military, they are uniquely unqualified to render judgements about the internal workings of the military. I believe they should recuse themselves in cases such as these. They do not know what they're dealing with and their interference could have consequences that directly affect their ability to perform the mission.</p></blockquote><p></p>
