Another form member here reminded me that Democrats love having illegal aliens because it gives them more constituents for representation in the house. Because something as common sense as only counting American citizens is another thing that Democrats have prevented in the census.  It makes absolutely no sense to count non-citizens yet it is being done right now. California would lose a lot of seats if this was properly implemented</blockquote>
