Where would one obtain that fingerprint card? LE dept's are already stamped with their ORI's. ATF will send that to you I assume? I assume they will also accept any LEO's signature for fingerprints completed on their cards?

What about folks with missing fingers? One of my welders is missing his first booger picker on his right hand.

Interesting reading on how they handle deformities, etc.
I have a scar that caused rejects when I was younger. I used to annotate it when submitting prints. 30 years of healing and the scar shows up less in the prints and has not been an issue.

We will fingerprint for NFA items for $25/person and printing is free if you buy the NFA item from us.
That is not a problem. They need to be notified of the issue or they will send the cards back asking for something that is not there.
