it is. And in some areas, responding to a fire and doing nothing is wrong. My opinion is this community or county would be better served by a better policy. Since this isnt the first time this scenario has played out, maybe the community would learn a lesson by paying for a frivolous lawsuit and provide a better policy than pay for spray. Life isnt always right or wrong, liberal or conservitive, republican or democrat. There is a middle ground and pay for spray is not good policy.

It's been like this for over 30 years. If the community wanted something different don't you think they would have fixed it by now? This isn't the only community in the USA that has these types of fire services. You'd think people would have sued the tar out of them and shut them all down by now.....

your prolly right, im just glad ive got a good community, and a good fire dept.
