First AR build, and custom 590A1

I've had AR's in the past, but I finally built my first one. It's a Stag upper and lower, with Omega rail and Primary Arms multi-reticle Aimpoint clone, Magpul CTR, Magpul winter trigger guard, Magpul MIAD grip, KNS pins, etc. Big thanks to DrBaker for loaning me his tool (wait, what?)

Also, I've customized my 590A1. Yes, it's an 18.5" model with a custom +2 extension on it (you don't see those everyday). Other updates include:

Those are great looking weapons.

I'm curious though, is there a reason you have the red dot site so far forward? If not, you are just limiting your field of view the farther you have it away from your eye. It also slows your site picture/site alignment time.
