Rubottom is NW of Leon, Ok, where I graduated Valedictorian of the 8th grade in 1973 and still have a bunch of cousins. There are a lot of hogs down in that area. Good going on shooting a good hog Flyboy. I bet that .45-70 is good hog medicine.
About 18 months ago they did an helicopter hog kill in that area. They killed over 600 hogs in a week.

Overkill Deluxe. A friend gave me some Buffalo Bore 300 grain loads. The bullet entered through the top of the c-spine and exited the bottom of the throat. It wasn't recovered.
