I’ve had 5 knee surgeries and two on my left hand using a block. Some surgeons throw a tizzy about using blocks because it messes with the “mood” in the operating room. That tidbit came from my daughter who works at Mercy. Using a block makes the whole recovery process the day of surgery so much easier. The surgeons that I’ve been to in Alaska and Washington never gave me problem when I requested a block. Come to Oklahoma and they throw a fit. Acting like I’m stupid or something.</p></blockquote><p></p>
