BTW, to make a canoy, you use polycarbonate sheet, heated up then vacuum form it over a mold that is covered with a sheet of felt for crystal clear results. The way Ed Big Daddy Roth did it was to heat up the poly that was locked down in a sealed frame with the dimensions of the base and then inject compressed air into the chamber, blowing it up like a bubble. It cools really fast then you have a giant bubble canopy.</blockquote>
