Not just a few specific gun clubs for "members" but an orginized show up and get an education on firearms safety, training, and practice when you can and are willing to do that.  Yep, most likely impossible to do, but many people do not have access to a place to shoot, and or resources to instructors like the K-12 kids.  Nope, have no way to suggest how to get that started, but I think it certainly would be a help.  While we are at it, how about teaching people how to drive also.</p></blockquote><p></p>
