Folks going to Wanamakers this weekend, I need your help please

I still can't go to Wanamakers. I've not been able to go since I got Cancer a few years ago. No ability to do the walk. I hope next year.
Anyway, I got a beautiful M1 Garand from one of our members that I'll be picking up Friday. He's seems like a top shelf guy and I've had a great experience on this deal so far. Had stints put in yesterday and besides not having the wind to do the walk, now I have a plug in my thigh. Ha. I thought I was in trouble when two very young and pretty nurses came in to shave me for surgery. Even with my wife in the room and me being old, Mr. Happy still thinks he's 19 and in college. Ha.
Here's where I need some help. Anyone going to Wanamakers that don't mind doing me a favor, If you see any Federal or modern 30 06 made for the M1 Garand or some surplus ammo for my gun that won't blow it up, Can you call me and perhaps I can pay the vendor over the phone and you could grab it and I'll pick it up from you. Also looking for either a great deal on a 1943 M1 bayonett or a reproduction of it, the same deal. Not going to pay hundreds for an original but I'd love to have one.
I know this is a lot to ask, but if someone has pity on an old guy (I've been trying to get pity for my Cancer for 3 years and no go...Ha), here's my number 580-380-7873. I will not allow anyone to use their own money. That's not fair to ask and I'm going to be happy if someone even considers doing this.
In no way should anyone go out of their way. That too is not fair to anyone.
Thank you if you can and if you can't, I'll be just fine. I have a couple of people going from here but they are going to sell a few of their guns and looking to buy a few top shelf collectors. They will help if I ask but they are going to be busy.

I plan on bringing a case of Greek Surplus Garand Ammo with me. It's in a wooden crate and contains 2 spam cans of 240rd each- for a total of 480 rds. Selling it only as an entire case. See my post under Ammo & Reloading---as I'm trying to determine what the market price is running.. This originally came from the CMP. thx.

That's a good question. Figure out what you want for the 480 rounds or the 240 per if I get a break on buying both. Also, where do you live so I know how far I'd have to drive
