More left overs... chilly mac
heh, heh. Leftovers. I dont know what that is.
I hardly ever cook small... so we have em.
That's interesting. Its just my wife and I at home, and she cooks for a family of 6 or so. Left overs are a reality in our house.
She made some tomato/meat based pasta last night. I'm going to try this with 5 pounds of left over......
just keep in mind that the shelf life isn't gonna be like mountain house... all the oils and fats will reduce the shelf life... I wouldn't go with more than a year on left overs maybe not even 6 months... depending on what it is.

leftover spaghetti gets fried in butter with mozzarella.
