I looked them up by the Model numbers on the Factory Boxes they each came in.That is all I knew to do.

But do see the Tangs show 90’s!

Lightning bolt S are 1980 models. Starting with 10 dots subtract one for every year. Looks to be 1987.
It is worse than Chinese arithmetic. Guess someone from Case liked puzzle, heaven forbid they just stamp a date on them

I've never got into Case and all their model numbers and born on dates and such. Christ, it's about as bad as Smith and Wesson's born on dates and all their different models.
