In the Dec. 1 hearing it was unsealed for the first time. Okmulgee Police Chief Joe Prentice says the affidavit details Kennedy confessed to a witness that people were stealing from him so he killed them and cut them up. </p><p></p><p>Chief Prentice says this confession was never made to law enforcement though. </p><p></p><p>Kennedy is scheduled to be back in court Monday, Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. </p><p></p><p>At this point, Kennedy is still not charged with murder but a person of interest.
