franklin armory binary ar pistol hates the d50 mag

i have never used it in anything else. I think it is just heavy so doesn't like to feed correctly, it likely would run if i held it but i ain't doing that. Yall run any d50's? when it runs, it is a really fast way to blow 50 rounds lol

Never tried one. I run a Surefire 60rd mag in my X95 for the house

I've used a Magpul 40rd magazine with one of my binary setups, but never a D50.

I haven't . . . I've thought about getting a Glock compatible one for my AR-9, but just can't seem to justify spending that much on a drum.

I couldn’t either, I found a deal one day and grabbed this on sale for 75

I believe in 5.56, that would be the Magpul D60. The D50 is designed for .308/7.62x51 cartridges.
