    Unfortunately I don’t own not a one Garand. Some M1 carbines but not a Garand. Been wanting one but not needing. The $700 price tag had my interest along with the title made me think it was a rifle.

    Headed to OKC today to pick this beauty up! :D

    W00T! Borrowed a pickup, renting a trailer, storing at a friend's house.

    Kinda almost sounds like I'm not ready for this kinda project, don't it???? :D

    I'll get my Tahoe back with a new motor hopefully in a few weeks, then this summer I can try to pour a slab next to my house for the Scout to sit on. Then I'll be in business and I can keep it at home and work on it a few hours here and there, maybe get it up and running this fall sometime? Or next spring at the latest, I hope.
