Back in the distant past, we had to answer our own emergency calls, on the "RED PHONE"a number for emergencies only! one night the red phone rang, I answered, and a litlle girl said, my hamsters had babies, and she is eating them!!! All my training hadn't covered this scenario, so I told her to tell her mother about this. In just a few minutes, the red phone rang again.
