I'd imagine Fatboy tactical does. It's not a very difficult process if you watch some YouTube videos. If your doing away with the front sight, you gotta drift the pins right to left or left to right. I don't remember which is which. They sell a punch block that tells you. I'm a cheapskate so I did it without.

low profile gas block. I need someone to drill a hole and insert a pin as well as use the OEM supplied set screws to ensure the gas block will not rotate.
the barrel I'm looking at is melonite finish, which means that even just dimpling the barrel to give the set screws extra bite is going to be a pain in the ass with my set up, so I'm wanting to take it to a local professional with a decent set up to have it done correctly.
The alternative is adco or a BA a Hansen profile barrel but they never seem to have the exact one I want in stock anywhere.

Pins and set screws server the same purpose on the gas block, no point in doing both
