An issue they do have is they can be almost as bad as boomers with Windows and dont really understand folders and files, file extensions etc as they grew up with phones not computers.  The millennial generally need hand holding and affirmation. In my time as a manager I honestly think that the laziest and most entitled are boomers. They often think it is a brag to get out of doing work.</p></blockquote><p></p>
