Even his NSA data mining was winding down to almost nothing by 2006. He was not a great prez and I disagreed with several things he did, but he was also a lot better and smarter then most people know. In fact his biggest failing was in being too trusting of Congress and the paper pushers in DC.</p></blockquote><p></p>
