If he pulls the cop down against the hard seat & concrete steps; then serious injury to the cop can occur.Once the taser starts & the guy rips them out, I think the cops have every right to use force to get him to comply & in cuffs.I’m not a cop, so hopefully they can give their perspective. But if I was a juror, I’d side with cops based on that video.</blockquote>
