Message: <blockquote data-quote="Street Rat" data-source="post: 2100150" data-attributes="member: 2802"><p>I would rather go into work than use a PTO day for being sick at home, we don't get sick days, so my philosophy is until we get sick days, if I'm sick and still able to walk, I'm going to work, and if someone gets sick, they can do the same as me.  I have  co-worker who comes up with every excuse in the book, it's amazing how much she and her family gets sick on the weekend and can't make it to work on many Mondays.  It's hard to have respect for someone like that, especially when you have to depend on them.  The interesting thing is, these types of people seem to be ignorant to the fact that people around them notice these trends and have the same disrespect for them as we do.</p></blockquote><p></p>
