Will the standard Glock 21 mags work in a 21SF?

It depends.

If the SF has the single side mag release, then yes.

If the SF is ambi mag release AND the mags you plan to use have the ambi cutout (rectangular cut of plastic down to the steel liner on the front), then yes.

If the mags are pre-ambi cutout AND the SF is ambi mag release, then no.
