Here's what Gonzaga's website says about the university owned off-campus apartments: Housing Off Campus but Owned by the University: The Office of Housing and Residence Life manages and operates 26 rental and theme houses and 4 apartment buildings in the off-campus neighborhood adjacent to Gonzaga University. These properties have been acquired in recent years as a means of providing additional living opportunities for juniors, senior, graduate, law, married students, and students with children. Because of the proximity to campus, and moderate pricing, as well as the peace of mind associated with a "university as landlord" relationship, the number of applications that are received every year for these properties far outweigh the number of available spaces. Preference, therefore, is given only to registered Gonzaga students, who have fulfilled the University's two year on-campus living requirement or are above 21 years of age. Incoming freshman, and sophomore status students are not eligible for off-campus housing. Apartments are furnished similarly to on-campus facilities, while houses are unfurnished. Each fall students apply in groups to be a theme house for the following school year. The apartment facilities vary in location and style. Some are one bedroom, some two. Some are ground floor, others third floor. In all units, Students are responsible for their own utilities with the exception of water, sewer, and garbage. In the apartment facilities cable and Internet are also provided. For further information on Gonzaga University's off-campus properties, residency requirements or to obtain an application, please contact Nicholas Grainger, Residence Director, at (509) 313-4103 or through e-mail offcampushousing@gonzaga.edu. Here's the link to same: http://www.gonzaga.edu/Student-Life/Off-Campus-Living/GU-Owned.asp I imagine the only way to get a copy of the an actual lease is to request one from the university or if an enterprising university student were to post one in it's entirety.
