I know but pretty sure when it comes to hot dogs relish is generally pickle based and I am just giving @Glock 'em down a ration of grief!! Pineapple relish , apricot relish........... list goes on!! Green chili chipotle relish.

1 (7-ounce) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 (10-ounce) can Ro*Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, drained
1 (4-ounce) can green chiles
1 cup sugar
Remove the chipotle peppers from the can and dice. In a medium saucepan, combine the diced chipotle peppers with adobo sauce with the Ro*Tel, green chiles and sugar. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly and is warmed through. Cool to warm. Tip: Be sure to save any unused relish; it goes great on eggs the next morning or a block of cream cheese for an appetizer! Makes 3.5 cups Recipe from Kent Rollins .
