I just had one of the largest bodied deer I've seen in a while come through. I hate it when deer are early to a party. Wait 9 more minutes next time!

Is this the place you lease? Maybe you should take some dog treats and befriend the run abouts. Clip a note on their collar that says "this time its free, the next time, it will be $150/dog to get em back".
Yeah. I saw the dogs walking out, even more sure they are pets given how they responded to seeing me..... I'm thinking a slingshot is in order....

I always thought a paint ball gun would be a good option. That would let the owner know they had been somewhere they should not have been and weren't wanted.
