I walked out of a Cabelas near Rock Hill SC with a shopping cart full of the Norma 55gr ammo when it was on sale for $6.49/box of 20 and no purchase limit.

That was in 2016 however. Those prices aren't bad for today, and the brass is excellent for reloading.

The 55gr stuff shoots very well in the 3-4 ARs I've out it through...generally the most accurate FMJ factory stuff in most of them.

Man, I miss ammo/component prices/availability from five years ago.

One thing I always liked about the Norma 55gr .223 is it comes in 30 round boxes. Just oh so convenient.

I dont know what the cheapest you saw, but @ $17.99 / 30 that would be 60 cents per round

At the time of the OP these were on sale for a few dollars less per box.
