32 day old dry aged ribeye marinated with Daddy Hinkles for dinner tonight.
How was it?
Would of been better aged longer and not marinated.
I don't know. Daddy Hinkle's is some good stuff! Looks wondermous!
I've been trying to talk him and some other guys into trying a 70 day with a little funk scraped off the edges but I dont think they're going for it.
Looking at it, it's more of a rub, I'll allow it.
SPG in a Sous Vide bath then on hawt charcoal sounds good.

The one out in the pasture? I saw some Coyotes munchin on it so it's gotta be good.
Knock its' horns off, wipe its' butt and wave it over a match.
Actually, they have both ... dry rub and marinade. They recommend using them together.
