I agree. Myself and this other guy on my street are owners and we actually live here. It burns me up inside because when I bought this house 11 years ago, everyone on the street was an owner. Everyone mowed their yards and it looked good. Well about 5 years ago, 5 of them left. 4 of those houses became section 8 and one rents to scumbags. Just to give you an idea, last owner, one of his sons was shot by the police, in and out of prison, loud music, cars pulling in and out at all hours of the night. Now this woman that sits home everyday, no work, has like 5 kids that are like neighborhood terrorist. They go outside, throw rocks at cars, run on my lawn, scream from the top of their little lungs and no supervision what so ever. Crap like this brings the value of my home down. Myself and the other owner have called the police, made complains to the city when it was needed because of trashy back yards filled with debris and dog poo that I could smell while outside trying to enjoy a beer and cook some meat. We learned that the more we complained the faster these trash would move out. Three of those house have been empty because of it and that's fine with me. I just have to write to the city all the time during summer months so they mow, no big deal. The house next door just got done being renovated because those scumbags trashed it. Now these little home grown terrorists moved in, great! :woot:
