They are still down from the Katrina storm that went through the gulf states 5 yrs ago. Once you make a claim you are on the hit list. once they drop you it makes it hard to get homeowners anywhere. Sounds to me like your dogs are mixed with pit bull or rotweiler. They hate that too.
