Message: <blockquote data-quote="Neanderthal" data-source="post: 1874703" data-attributes="member: 3746"><p>Grand National is the "Sooner" show, ran by Diener.  They used to be great!  Not so much in the recent years.  I used to set up at them but refuse to do so any more.  They raised the price on tables ($80 I think?) and don't do crap for advertising.  They ALWAYS proclaim 2200 tables, but you're lucky to see 1/3 of that number at one of the shows. There usually is a poor attendance and the dates suck arse.  I'm not a fan of Metcalf, but at least he does get more crowd at his shows.  Sooner (Grand National) shows have turned into a big suckfest.</p></blockquote><p></p>
