So far those are some very pretty guns. I'll be coming up to Tulsa to pick mine up on Friday and depending on whether we visit my wife's uncle or not I should be there around 3pm or so. I hope I'm just lucky enough to get a hex receiver.

Look at it from the top down or the bottom up, We have found that those are laminated stocks.
Buying a new laminated stock here would cost you more than the gun!
If you want to trade it for a solid wood stock I bet you will find plenty of takers.
