Way To GO!!! I think I will donate some money to this place. Best idea ive heard in a long time.

They give tactical and legal training along with a shotgun to residents in a high crime area. Wish the NRA did stuff like that.

I agree with their thinking, but some buy in I think is imperative. How about $25, just so there is value and buy in. We see how well the welfare state, and the 100% mortgages has worked. A buyer who puts some of their own money in the pot is more likely to keep it and take care of it. Free has no value to many people.
