She (Fallin) did talk about trimming the number of state agencies we have which I think is a good thing. However, talking about and doing are two different things ... you have not seen a fight until you have seen some little piddly agency director who is afraid he is gonna lose 1. money from his budget or 2. his office ...</blockquote>
