Well....here in a little while I'm gonna have a nice bowl of seafood gumbo....MMmmmmmmmmm.:thumb:

I know, I know....I'm not using any of my Lake Charles or Houston buddies recipes....but this is a GREAT way to make it!!!

I get a box of Zatarain's (plus Zatarain's is a sponsor of 89.9 WWNO New Orleans Jazz station I listen to)

at Uptown Market of their sister market Buy For Less, I get freeze fresh okra(wash and cut it up)along with the Pana Pesca seafood mix

Mix it up............cook it..................get a bowl.............a nice cold beer(Schlitz)....and watch some preseason NFL!!!!

That there Zatarains is some good stuff. Have some in my pantry. How about this, if I am remembering right and my mind not playing tricks on me, gumbo is an African word for okra. Gumbo isn't gumbo with out the okra.
