It is the type of belt most seen with canteens and other junk hanging off of it. (At least before the new vests came out anyway.) We still get issued them, but they are only really used to keep the bottom of the load bearing vest from flopping around. I haven't seen a holster that would fit on that belt, except a Jacket slot, drop leg rig, or flap holster. And to be honest most of the time guys I've worked with use a shoulder holster for a pistol anyway. (Good luck getting it through belt loops too...) Hope that helps.</p></blockquote><p></p>
