Like said before, if you are getting rid of them they have usually done it to themselves and no its coming.  For me the hardest part is that long walk from the sales floor where they are working to the office.  Once we are all set down it's usually pretty easy. Heck, once you have had enough practice at it you can challenge yourself to see if you can get them to thank you for firing them. so far I've only been thanked twice though.</blockquote>
