Message: <blockquote data-quote="montesa" data-source="post: 4282193" data-attributes="member: 477"><p>I think it's pertinent.  I did everything there was to do.  Take a house that looks like it needs bull dozed and walk out with it looking and working perfectly.  Large electrical stuff I would have an electrician check and make final connections.  I can install a new panel no problem but it's not smart for safety reasons.  So I don't think there is a line.   Just have to make sure someone isn't making something unsafe.   But ceiling fans, setting toilets, all manner of plumbing, usually a good handyman does that all day and easily.</p></blockquote><p></p>
