.."After the father was down, the suspects went after the mother. That is when the son ran and got his dad’s gun. He opened fire and hit one of the suspects, who died in the back bedroom. The other two suspects fled the scene."..

Sounds like at least one to many booms for ole joe's advice.
Wish this happened every time someone forced there way into a home where they had no business.

Well atleast that one ended well for the good guys. We never hear about this from the national media, when a gun is used for good. Does tx have the same type of law that will charge the other two with murder for the death of their coconspiriter? I hope so.

The more coverage these get the better. The more bad guys hear it, the less will be shot. More ammo can be used for hobbies instead of defending our homes. Win-Win
