Hopefully you have read the legislation already, but if not please take the time to become familiar with it before making any decisions. It is in relation to only those citizens who are already carrying self protection sidearms. These same citizens have shown for quite some time now that they are responsible members of the state as demonstrated by the lack of any instance of problems from already carrying a sidearm in public, everyday for many of them. Please don’t buy into the hype that outside sources may suggest as reasons to not support this bill by not signing it immediately. The vote was an overwhelming 74 aye to 24 nay votes, equating to an over 75% approval. These votes are representative of how the citizens of this state feel about this subject. If anything I believe the citizens have already proven that they are responsible. You have a proven record of supporting the 2nd Amendment. I urge you to please continue that history by signing this legislation into effect immediately. Highest regards, Your name. [/QUOTE]
