So what's the deal here? EDIT: Sorry, Veggie Meat already answered this question on the previous page; thanks. E, E, E!! :) J/K, the answer for me is a hybrid of B and C. Call the manager over, discuss it calmly, and verify that that is his/her position, that I'm being asked to leave, and if so, complain a little about this & that re: the law abiding don't open carry, etc., and explain why I won't be paying for the meal, as a result of being forced to leave, after invited in to eat, and that if they don't agree with this, then they can kindly lump it, as this is civil matter, as an extension of credit, and give him/her my lawyer's card if they wish to sue to attempt to recover on the extension of credit, then get up and leave as requested, after tipping the server but not paying the tab. Then follow up with a strongly worded letter to the idgits. Incidentally, the answer is exactly the SAME, even if there had been a "stupid sign" on the front door. "Well, I'm sorry, I surely didn't see it." Then proceed with the above, but adding a little more in verbal abuse re: criminals also don't obey the signs, in addition to not carrying openly.
