I just happen to walk out on my porch a few minutes ago and saw the cows on point looking at something, and it was a group of pigs.  There was a creek and brush between me and them, so I had to “run” about 400 yards to get a shot.  I shot the biggest of the group, and the rest turn and ran towards me.  When they cleared some brush, I shot another one.  There was quite a bit of blood, but I didn’t find the first pig.  The second dropped.

I’m way too old, fat, and out of shape to be trying to run with a rifle and then shoot, but it worked out this time.

I normally would’ve grabbed my combo gun, but it’s taken apart in it’s case.  This 1961 Winchester 70 270 Win has accounted for A BUNCH of deer and pigs, and it didn’t let me down this time. :thumb:
