Bench is on rollers. Dimensions are 36"W x 80"L x 40" H. I will be out of town till 19th for pickup.

Try building that bench at the cost of lumber these days and free has a new meaning! Probably close to $75-$100 without the rollers.

I'd say easily $200 at least. Lumber has hit ridiculious prices, and so have the Simpson ties. The casters are not cheap. I wouldn't be the least big surprised if it was closer to $300.

. It's sad but you're probably correct, it's been several years since I've bought a good order of wood. Usually, it's only a single piece and quite affordable.
