Thanks. I actually got to hold and check out the K31 and loved everything about it. It was a piece of art. I'm going to enjoy shooting it. I plan on buying GP-11 for the most part to shoot. However, I would like to get into reloading and might just start with this rifle.

I'm not a reloader so I can't speak to that. However, GP-11 is really hard to beat.

So I went and picked up the K31. The action and trigger are very smooth and the rifle locks up tight. The only "issue" I have, is the stock. I would like to refinish it to some degree. I'm not looking for it look brand new, but I would like for it look a little better than it does.

I have read that shellac was used on the beech K31's, so I figured I would use the same. There is no finish on the rifle now. I think I'm going to start a new thread so I can get some help with the stock. Thanks again for everyone's help.
