I read a thread about someone capturing wild bees one time to get them into man made hives producing honey and to prevent them from getting killed by exposure. I don't know if their is a way to get these bees out of the tree trunk or not, but if one of you guys that knows about that sort of things wants to try, shoot me a PM - I'll tell you where it is.
