Old James Sokolove is at it again. He and his team of lawyers are going to get super rich in a class action lawsuit in which congress has opened the floodgates against the United States for creating and maintaining a water system that was contaminated from August 1953 to December 1987.

The CBO has estimated the entire cost of this contamination and lawsuit to be 677 Billion dollars. The lawsuit portion is estimated at 6.7 Billion for a total payout to a portion of the over one million people that could have been affected.
