IF you want to just buy I would go for White Oak, Willison Combat, or JP Enterprise. These manufactures along with some other will have your best quality rifles.
My opion is if you are going to make any major parts changes. build the darn thing. Im would help you build, im sure a lot of other people on there would as well. Im not saying we are going to do it for you as some will not want the liability. But im sure you could come over and use the tools and ask questions. Higher end AR's get better barrel, uppers, lowers, BCG's. excreta. These parts have a tolerance less then mil spec. IF you want to just buy I would go for White Oak, Willison Combat, or JP Enterprise. These manufactures along with some other will have your best quality rifles. If you want mil spec and the rifle to just work run to Bass Pro, Cabela's or Academy and buy off the shelf. High end is what your wallet can afford. High end for me is probably not high end to you or visa versa. Like i said in one of my post on here. I have over 3K in my just built rifle and I don't even have a optic on it yet. Just my 2 cents
